Domestic Shipping - all orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days with the exeception of made to finish pieces. Please allow up to two weeks of processing time on made to finish orders.
Shipping Rates - Domestic Shipping is $6.99, Insurance is available for an additional charge. Please contact directly if this is preferred.
International Shipping - I am happy to ship internationally. Rates vary by destination. If you are an international customer please contact me after checkout to discuss the balance for any additional shipping charges.
Shipping Delays - Please note that most postal carriers are backed up at the moment and your piece may take additional time to arrive once en route. Once a package is sent out it is at the mercy of the postal gods. SVS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. I promise to do my best to assist you in tracking your package should any issues arise.
PACKAGING
All packages will arrive gift ready! I pride myself on using compostable and re-useable packaging. I do not automatically include an invoice, but they are available on request. Simply contact me directly if this is preferred.
RETURNS
I pour so much of my heart into each one of these pieces. I genuinely want you to love them and enjoy them for years to come. If for any reason your are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within three days of receipt so that we may discuss a solution. Returns must be shipped back in the original packaging within 7 days at the buyers expense.
SIZING
Handcrafted jewelry is an investment so PLEASE be sure of your size at checkout as I do not resize rings. If you are unsure of your ring size, many local jewelers will fit you free of charge. I also have ring sizers available for purchase on my website if needed. If you have placed a made to finish order and are unsure of your size. I will send you a sizer to you ASAP free of charge.
